Don heads up BENEWOLF’s Investor Relations department, and works diligently to indentify new investors to the loan sale market, as well as track loan sale activity throughout the nation. Don joined the BENEWOLF team after nearly 30 years in public and private credit experience, most recently serving Oklahoma for ten years as the Administrator of Consumer Credit. In this role he ordered millions of overcharged fees to be returned to Oklahoma consumers. Not one of his rulings was overturned by any court at any level distinguishing Don as a fair and equitable regulator relative to complicated consumer lending issues. He is an Accounting graduate of Oklahoma State University, has held various insurance and securities licenses throughout his career and is currently an Oklahoma licensed real estate broker.
