Glenn heads up our business development team. As the former City Manager for the City of Guthrie, Glenn built a unified team whose vision and energy advanced and achieved goals set forth in the City’s Comprehensive Plan, including Community Revitalization and the Geoport (our regional airport) Master Plan, generating an unprecedented interest in economic development and growth. In 2004, the City of Guthrie was recognized by the National Historic Trust as one of the Dozen Distinctive Destinations. In 2005, Geoport was named as the top regional airport in the state and in 2006, chosen as the top airport in the Southwest by the FAA. Prior to his city service, Glenn served our country. As a distinguished military graduate and commissioned officer in the Army, he was responsible worldwide for organizations with up to 500 personnel. He currently serves on the board of the Oklahoma Academy for State Goals and is a proud alumnus of Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
