Matthew is a vital member of BENEWOLF’s Business Development division, and works daily to forge relationships with lenders to help them dispose of their under-performing assets.  Matthew uses his real estate and business background to help Chief Credit Officers around the nation identify the most marketable loans in their portfolio, and guides them through the loan sale process in order to clean up their balance sheets and to provide liquidity to their institutions.  Matthew has been very active in the Southeast U.S., indentifying large portfolios of problem loans and helping bring them to market.  He is a graduate of Charles Barnes Real Estate School.
