President & CEO
Patrick Blount, President and CEO, has
over 18 years experience in loan sales management. He served as Managing
Director of Loan Sales for the Debt Exchange, as an Acquisition Specialist for
Security National Servicing Corporation, as Partner and Managing Director of the
NPA Group (a loan sale advisory firm), and as Senior Vice President of Koll-Dove
(loan sale advisors). Pat began his career as a licensed real estate broker in
Houston, Texas in 1976 and prior to focusing on the loan industry, he was
President and CEO of a firm which specialized in real-estate partnerships and
resort hotel financing. Pat founded BENEWOLF in February of 2007, and in one
short year established the company as a nationally-recognized leader in the loan
sales industry. BENEWOLF works with banks nationwide to guide them through every
aspect of managing under-performing loan portfolios and REO properties.
Currently, Pat serves on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Chapter of Risk
Management Associates and is membership chairperson (RMA); he is also on the
Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Chapter of Turnaround Management Associates
(TMA) and he is also Chairman and Executive Director of the Tyler Blount
Memorial Foundation. Pat is a nationally recognized speaker and has spoken in
2008 at The East Coast Distressed Debt Conference in New York City; The West
Coast Distressed Debt Conference in Los Angeles California; Distressed Real
Estate West in Huntington Beach, California and was the moderator and keynote
speaker for Loancowboys,LLC “What Every Banker Needs To Know About Selling
Loans” conferences in both Clearwater, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. Pat has
recently been recruited by the Florida Bankers Association to develop and
moderate a conference entitled “Weathering the Storm” which will be held on
January 29, 209 in Orlando. He is also a featured speaker at TMA’s 2009 Spring
Conference in Chicago.
